High Protein Chocolate Pudding
This is my favourite healthy chocolate pudding! It can be eaten as dessert, breakfast or as a snack and it is high in protein, full of fibre and healthy fats. It's also gluten-free, dairy-free and can easily be modified for any other allergies or dietary intolerances.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup yogurt (unsweetened) 
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (see below) 
- 1 tbsp cacao powder 
- 1/3 cup milk of choice 
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- Fresh or frozen fruits 
- Almond butter 
- Cacao nibs 
- Ground flaxseeds 
- Chia seeds 
- Hemp seeds 
- Add the yogurt, protein powder, cacao powder and milk of choice to a bowl. 
- Mix everything until very well combined while also breaking up any clumps of cacao powder. 
- Continue to stir until the pudding is your preferred consistency. Add more milk to the bowl if you prefer a thinner texture. 
- The pudding can be enjoyed as is or add optional toppings and dig in! 
Notes:
- This recipe is made with a plant-based protein powder. If you are using a non-plant-based protein powder you may need to reduce the amount of milk used.
